World gratitude day! It is today. It is also Armenia’s independence day, coincidence? Most likely.

You can start a revolution in your soul. According to Tal Ben-Shahar and the science of happiness, saying thank you everyday improves your mood, wards off sickness and makes people want to be around you. Prior to sleep he reflects on all the good things that has happened to him throughout the day-and he writes down at least four. He says it has changed his life in a positive (HA!) way.

I love the blog THXTHXTHX here are just a few things one could be grateful for and if you are the creator, Leah Dieterich you are thankful and writing about it everyday.

There are so many things I am grateful for! My love, my family and all of their craziness, Armenia, friends, nail polish, people who are smarter than I am, tedtalks, and sparkling water-Also my brother and him introducing me to bands like, Wild Beasts.
