I have embarked on a journey into the world of bread making. Currently I am waiting for bread to rise so that I can knead the dough and then wait some more.

This video is exactly that, the art of bread making and it displays that the art of bread making is as much about the bread as about the space in-between the bread preparing, kneading and baking.

Here are the secret of sourdough-science on the spot: sourdough

I made a bread baby with the spermatozoan and haploid of wheat, buckwheat, and rye.

It was so cute and so delicious.

*oh so Nice [nis]*

How I started my day….

A prose de nice is a short documentary film from the 1930’s of Nice France. It was made by Jean Virgo and Boris Kaufman. Boris was the younger brother of Dziga Vertov a soviet film maker and this film has some obvious soviet inspired imagery. Virgo described the film as such, “in this film, by showing certain basic aspects of a city, a way of life is put on trial… the last gasps of a society so lost in its escapism that it sickens you and makes you sympathetic to a revolutionary solution.”¬† If you are interested in Jean Virgo this site does a better job than wiki breaking him down.
